Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AO Tactical Supply. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If we have deemed the issue to be due to shipping or manufacturing we provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund or send out your exchange as soon as possible. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.
